Soft Skills:  What do you think are the most important soft skills for Millennials to have?

I think good communications skills are very important "soft skills". Often, when I talk to and/or interview Millennials, the conversation is more of a Q & A rather than a natural conversation. Good communications skills are important in connecting with others, in selling yourself, and in selling your products or services. I suggest that Millennials practice these skills by complimenting someone, or by speaking to others in the mall, grocery store, elevator, hallway, etc. Practice looking others in the eye when talking to them. Come from a place of curiosity about others and be proactive in starting the conversation.
