ACAP Reflections:
"ACAP provided me with my first real introduction to Corporate America.  I did not grow up with parents who worked in Corporate America, nor did I grow up in an affluent area.  However, ACAP showed me that a professional career was achievable.  The contacts and relationships that I first built during ACAP Week remain with me to this day.  ACAP facilitators and advocates, such as Odell Brown and Nora O'Garro, have been some of my greatest advocates early in my professional career.  Additionally, becoming a part of the NABA/ACAP family has instilled in me a passion for giving back.  I am proud to have served in multiple capacities since participating in ACAP in 2004, including MC for the Closing Luncheon.  No matter how successful I become in my professional career, I will always be grateful to the members of NABA who have played such a pivotal role in my success".
